Joe has been with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette since 1996.  He is consistently a top producer. Prior to choosing a career in real estate, Joe worked for a manufacturing company in Rogers for 17 years in administrative positions.  In the 1970's Joe was a mathematics instructor.

Joe has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.  He is a current member of the Council of Residential Specialists, the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, the National Association of Realtors, the Arkansas Association of Realtors and the Rogers Board of Realtors.

Joe graduated Rogers High School in 1965, having been born in Rogers and lived there all his life.  He attended the Univeristy of Arkansas and earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree, both in mathematics.
